Return terms

If for any reason you have decided to refuse from the purchased goods, in accordance with Russian Federation law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1, you can exchange it for a similar item or request a full refund.

Exchange and return policy If the goods do not fit you in size, shape, style, colors, etc. The following conditions should be met:

• You did not use the purchased item
• The product retained its presentation, consumer attributes, it is marked with licensed and factory labels.

If an item you receive turns out to be faulty you are entitled to either a full refund or exchange within warranty date (or within 2 weeks since date of purchase if the manufacturer did not set warranty date for a product). You can return or exchange faulty goods even in the absence of a document confirming the payment.
